In our latest releases, our product team has made some eagerly-anticipated updates to our Teams Voice Connector (formerly Teams Advanced), bringing the full power of CoreView to Teams Voice management with number pools and Direct Routing support.
This gives customers who have purchased "traditional" numbers (through the telecom company) a way to upload these numbers to CoreView and manage all of their "number inventory" more effectively. And better yet, these numbers can then be included in Virtual Tenants for delegated administration.
